Delivery and returns

Zones and times

• France: delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
• Europe: delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
• International: delivered in 5 to 14 working days.

Times run from dispatch, which usually happens within 1 to 3 working days of payment. They are indicative.

Delivery costs

Costs depend on the destination zone and are shown before payment. Delivery is free above a certain order value, shown on the checkout page.

Customs and taxes outside the European Union

For parcels sent outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes and clearance fees are paid by the receiver and may be claimed by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw (see the terms of sale). Contact us with your order number, then send the items back in their original condition. We refund no later than 14 days after your request, once the items are back. Return costs are at your expense.

Damaged parcel or mistake

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will find a solution.
